Hey, Moheydine tell us about your story with the Nutrition by Design system:
Hey! This is Moheydine Algui I was born in Morocco and moved to the United States when I was 15 years old. You know, I was a male in a Moroccan household, I was very much spoiled, I loved food, I did not do any physical activities when I was a kid, so I got up and went to college freshman year I was about 280 pounds (127kg) when I started being body conscious because I was feeling unhealthy in my body and started to lose my self-confidence..
That is when I started getting into weightlifting starting to go on diets, I tried everything from keto to basically not eating anything going on those detox-like diets which were unhealthy and it gave me an unhealthy relationship with food, where I would go on those diets and basically when it’s done, I would start binge eating.
Once again so you know I was able to make a considerable matter of change going from 280 to 240 pounds at one point but then after that I just kind of get plateaued and it was not really what I wanted. My life was not balanced at all and at that point, I did not really know what to do.
That’s when I got introduced to the Nutrition by Design system by my friend Othmane, and it was life-changing for me because once you understand the theory and master it, you can start enjoying the process of transforming your physic as you don’t have to take out the food you like, there is really not a lot of restriction in the way you eat, so it kind of restored to me a healthy lifestyle, I started feeling like a normal human again.
The most positive thing about this system is not really about the result you can achieve with it, but what I found the most amazing about it, is the sustainability that I can use this system for my entire life. In fact, the result I achieved shown in the picture, was completed in a very busy period of my life. You know I am an engineer, I studied for my master’s after work, and I am very family-oriented having a girlfriend. So, it is impossible for me to do a super intense diet that will take out from me a lot of energy and motivation that I need for all the other aspects of my life.
Finally, as it is for everything results speak for themselves, I was able to get down to 198 pounds from 260 pounds, at 10% body fat, this is doable, especially even if you have a busy lifestyle, I truly recommend this system or even more this lifestyle change, this definitely works, and I hope you guys give it a try!
